Descriptions of our services on the Site are general. The care we can provide depends on each client's needs, caregiver availability, and what Florida law permits our agency to provide.

We are happy to help you understand whether long-term care insurance or another program may help pay for care. However, only your insurer or the program itself can decide what is covered. Any information on the Site about insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or costs is general and is not a promise of coverage or of a particular price.

Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee an interview or a job. The information you provide must be true and complete. Employment with Royal Oaks is subject to our hiring process, including verification of certifications, reference checks, and the background screening required by Florida law.

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• break any law or use the Site for a fraudulent purpose;
• submit false information or impersonate another person;
• send spam, advertising, or automated form submissions;
